"Axual has always had one goal: to empower companies to simplify their data streaming. This dream began in 2015 with a small team in Utrecht and has grown to a company of over 40+ employees, representing more than 20 nationalities, with one round of investments.
The company operates from its headquarters in Utrecht, which is only 200 steps from Central Station. Our home base might be the Land of Tulips, but our reach is global, and our clients are international.
At Axual, we put people at the center of everything we do. Our team is dedicated to supporting and uplifting each other. Answers to your
questions
Throughout the first week of onboarding, you are required to be available full-time in the office. This is to ensure that you are fully up to speed with our onboarding process.
No. We really value collaboration and human connection with our colleagues. We really enjoy our office, and we are sure that you will too.
Our company language is English. For some positions, you might be required to speak Dutch (ex. Positions that deal with Dutch clients), but for the majority of the cases, it is not needed.
if you are going to work at our Utrecht office and you live outside of the city, on your first work day, we will provide you with a Basis NS Business Card (train, bus, tram, metro, and OV bike) that you can use for your daily door-to-door trip to the office. Or we pay €0,23 per km if you decide to use a different means of transport.
30% ruling is a tax exemption that international employees might be eligible for when they start working in the Netherlands. It is not Axual's decision whether or not you qualify for it. The Dutch government makes that decision.
Absolutely! If you want to work at Axual, you must be in the Netherlands. Think of it as your daily dose of Dutch adventure: tulips, windmills, and world-class cheese are just the beginning.
