Axual has a ISO27001 certified ISMS

ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security. This standard specifies requirements that relate to the general business risks of an organization. In addition, this standard sets requirements for the implementation of security measures, if those measures are necessary. With compliance to this standard, our organization proves that all risks surrounding the confidentiality and availability of sensitive information are covered in an adequate manner.

WHAT DOES ISO 27001 MEAN FOR AXUAL?

This certification is not mandatory, but we see it as our responsibility to prove our reliability as a software company and provider of streaming data services. A company receives an ISO 27001 certificate if it has been determined objectively that it is taking the right measures to keep data safe. Not only on a technical level, but also on an organizational level. With the certificate, we prove as an organization that we process data and information safely in all areas and that we have processes in place to adequately respond to potential security incidents. We constantly improve these processes, the policy and all procedures related to security or information security.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AUDIT OF AXUAL?

The last audit has been performed by the company DigiTrust, a renowned institute for auditing companies for the certification of information management and quality systems. The last audit is performed in June of 2022, and Axual successfully obtained certification. The certification is valid until July 31, 2025, while having an annual reassessment. Our information security policy is in harmony with the requirements set out in the legislation and regulations that are relevant to the organization in the field of information security, privacy legislation, customer-related legislation and contractual obligations.
